The programme is simple and private.
You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Referrals can be accepted from the client themselves, friends, family, and health professionals. As soon as the booking has been processed, we'll make sure that our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Once you arrive at our clinic the first step is to familiarise yourself with the clinical team as well as your surrounding which includes the layout of our facility. We will provide you a welcome pack that will explain all that is necessary for you to know about your stay with us at the Sanctuary Lodge, along with a schedule of therapy sessions. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.

First 24 Hours Upon Admission
On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.
During this visit a complete evaluation of your mental and medical treatment requirements will be conducted. A complete detoxification course of action will get prescribed if it is needed. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
Your psychiatrist will then suggest and emphasise any aspect of your medical care programme which needs more focus. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.
Our warm and friendly employees will help you to settle into the place once you have completed your assessment. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
